Blue Crayfish: The blue crayfish is a strikingly colorful freshwater invertebrate that is quite fun to keep. These fish can be housed in fairly small tanks, but probably should not be kept in anything smaller than a 20 gallon tank. They are scavengers and should be fed bottom feeder pellets.
Do note that they are not the nicest critters. They are extremely pugnacious and are quite capable of eating your fish. Exercise caution when cleaning your tank, as backing them into a corner acidentally could lead to a painful pinch.
Due to their agressive nature, be very selective with choosing tankmates. Despite being agressive, they do make VERY good food for most large carnivourous fish, so don't house them with anything too agressive (i.g. an oscar or a red devil)
Last but not least it is worthwhile to note their particular weaknesses. DO NOT put copper containing medicine into a tank with any freshwater invertebrate, as copper is highly toxic to these creatures. If a fish does get sick it is not a bad idea to invest in a hospitall tank to avoid poisoning your crayfish.

LFS means Local Fish Store: these aren't my fish.
Ten gallons work fine.

You think so? I've heard they need a little space to roam in but I might be wrong.
