Had a Connie fly right over my apartment last year, during the Hamburg Airport Days. Absolutely fantastic sound. What a shame that it's so rare these days.

Ok what i meant to say was that the government was closing it down, but i found out that not the whole airport is shut down for good, they just don't have any more military aircraft or instillations there. Pretty much all it is now is for training and V.I.P flights using the good Ole' Nightingales.

Is this Willow Grove NAS/JRB? I live like 45 minutes away and i always get A-10 and C-130 activity over my house too bad bush might shut it down for good

Great video. I flew on this at McGuire AFB, NJ, from 1970-1971. It was the aircraft for the 170th Aeromedical Airlift Group. Fantastic aircraft.
