Is one of them Total Recharge?

Fuck doctors have a caloric deficit and do lots of cardio. Eat a protein dominant diet. Lifting weights creates muscle and muscle burns up fat. Keep some fat because 1 pound of fat is 4000 calories of energy, enough to get you through a labor intensive day. I would say stay around 15% body fat for WROL/ SHTF because food will be scarce...

@patriotsrepublic good for you sir, keep head strong

If we don't have a SHTF situation the test will be what your diet is a year from now. If we do have a SHTF situation maybe you will just have to eat what you can get.But good luck with it and you do look better for the weight loss and the hair loss (the stash).

@PatriotsRepublic i lost 60lbs in 4months, it was a lot of hard work, it's certainly easier to fast, good luck with your journey

Right on!
The only way people lose that kind of weight while keep their energy up is with meth. Oolong tea is nothing more than a stimulant similar to cafeine. Anyway, congradulations on the wieght loss. I need to loose weight myself. I need to fit back into my gear! I just can't do drugs or stimulants to do it. I am on the "get-my-ass-up-and-go-running-plan". It is hard and I hate it, but I am old school and it works. Especially when combined with the "stop-eating-shit-program".

@TacticalSoleSurvivor First, I made a video for you... it is titled: For Cynics and Doubters - A little more about my process. But on a serious note... Oolong tea is not like coffee... not by a long shot. And meth? Lets get serious. Fasting is an aeons long tried and true practice that has been proven to help alleviate if not cure many modern food related aliments. Not to mention, it resets your appetite center of the brain allowing you to do some important reprogramming.

@PatriotsRepublic 40lbs in 20 something days, that's a great progress, but you also got to strengthen your muscles by lifting some weights or some other kind of exercise

@K3ys3rS0ze Exercise comes during the re-introduction of calories. Basically, eat 400 calories, exercise 200 calories. As you increase your calories, you increase your activity so that your body does not automatically turn the sugars (glucose) it makes out of the food you eat into fat.
