i configured my speakers once and now cant get to the configure window? want to change settings to 5.1 surround sound,any help appreciated thanks

ok i hooked up a mixer with a mic attached in my sound i chose the mixer audio device as my default. i can hear the sound from my computer in my mixer headphones but the computer s not picking up the mic

omg its not happenin when u do disable in my computer it only appears microphone and nothing else and my sound is gone !!
