Authors@Google: Marcella Hazan

The Authors@Google program welcomed Marcella Hazan and her husband and collaborator Victor to discuss her book, "Amacord: Marcella Remembers".

"Widely credited with introducing proper Italian food to the English-speaking world, Marcella Hazan is as authentic as they come.
