What's she gonna do about Him

Even worse, Journey, this song would never happen today, because the music industry (from the record companies down to the radio stations, especially) love promoting songs that involve men PRAISING women to the hilt, and women BASHING men to their proverbial graves.
This was a rare example of a man sternly defending his relationship and his right to loyalty and fidelity from his woman, even in those days.

This song is from 1981. I remembered it because I was in my first year of High School!

Wow, I don;t know why this song shot through my head. Thank God for YouTube. Took a little while(I couldn't remember the exact title) but find it I did. I love the song, but it makes me a little sad too. It was so long ago, and I was so much younger. BTW, what year, exactly, did this song come out? Anybody out there can throw me a year?

yeah. dosent this make you sick to your stomach to think how fake this world got. i miss the way it use to be as well. funny thing is there are more like us out there that want it to be real, but it seems that the fake world rules right now. i pray for the days to come back how it use to be.

@FinalJusticeMovement I totally agree with you on that comment. I have a friend that owns several radio stations and he says, " it's a superficial business, but that's the way that it works." I miss that raw and beautiful talent, don't you? It needs to make a comeback. I'm tired of all the "fake" talent today. Don't misunderstand me, there are few exceptions to my statement, but it's all about the almighty dollar today. There are a few talented singers today, but nothing like it used to be.

Wow, what a great song from my younger years----when I had some estrogen. We really grooved to this. Thanks so much for posting it!!! Love it....
This is a good song but would never happen today cause our radio stations and producers have been hi-jacked by rich fools making money. Today's music is not about the music it's about image first. They have song writers write a song and they find good looking kids to sing it. Non of them are musicians. This guy and all the other cats like E.John, B.Joel, B,Springsteen, Etc. were about making music. Today it's about making money and that's why no musicians are on the radios.
