the reason the black one was lifted was because the heat comes out from the keyboard. you should try to make like vents for it but, i wouldn't put it on because it could over heat your computer.

I know this is nit picky but the keyboard isn't a LCD, that is the display, the keyboard is LED backlit not LCD.
LCD = Liquid Crystal Display
LED = Light Emitting Diode

i think u mean LED not LCD. LCD is liquid crystal display and LEDs are the lights
