Here's a scripture song from Isaiah 55:1-2 that may be mostly familiar to a lot of people. The only thing we do differently is add the rest of verse one which says, "yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price." Since we use scripture songs for memorization, we didn't see any reason why that part of the verse shouldn't be included.

Ho, everyone that thirsteth,
Come ye to the waters,
And he that hath no money;
Come, ye, buy and eat;
Yea, come, buy wine and milk
Without money and without price.
He that hat no money;
Come, ye, buy and eat.

Wherefore do you spend you money
For that which is not bread?
And your labour
For that which satisfieth not? Halleluhah!

Ho, everyone that thirsteth...

Hearken diligently to me,
And eat ye that which is good,
And let your soul
Delight itself in fatness, fatness!

Ho, everyone that thirsteth....

  • Hey that was so brilliant all the stars Deborah sha sha xoxo Irela

  • @deboeahshasha Wow, that's a lot of stars, especially considering YT's new thumbs up or thumbs down rating system! LOL! {:o)

  • Very well cone.

    I was just meditating on this scripture for the last couple of days and am absolutely in awe at it.

    I deserve to be in hell and God would say unto me, to come to the waters and he will give me wine and milk, without money and without cost.

    Our God is MUCH bigger than we think he is.

    PRAISE JESUS!

  • Amen! God is love, and His mercy endures forever!

  • I don't know anything about any of the scriptures, to be honest. But I do enjoy hearing you sing them to me.

  • Well, I praise the Lord for that! You know, it's interesting you should mention that, because long before I had any serious interest in becoming a disciple of Christ, my sister had this LP called "The Praise Album" that I enjoyed listening to. In fact, that was my first exposure to scripture songs as it had a couple of those on there as well the praise songs, one of which was Seek Ye First from Matthew 6:33. Anyway, I'm glad you enjoy the songs! That's what this is all about.
