I dunno, Vanilla Ice won by quite the cheap shot. Iggy is quite a small target, so I believe he'd have a decent chance of survival. Then again, Cream is one heck of a Stand...

Dash C+B [hold C+B], Dash A, A, A, A, Release C, 3C, Release B, 2S, 236+S, [ABC Mash], 236+AA [hold all attacks], Release all attacks, A.

Start the combo and keep your buttons held... Then dash in following with four jabs. At this point, the icicles are out, ready to be released. Drop the C version, move on to down-forward+C for the back-attack, drop the B icicle, combo the 2S command grab and 236+S follow-up. Mash a bit, then super.

Lastly, Tthe #1 reason he is banned in tournament play: some characters cannot win against him. Characters with no double jump like Young Joseph/Devo/etc literally have absolutely no method of winning against Petshop. He can sit in midair and air dodge(3 attack buttons) all day because all they can try to do is jump at him and try to bat him down. But their landing recovery takes too long and he can dodge again by the time they jump again. They also risk eating supers/etc. So yes, no Petshop.

The primary reason petshop is banned is his stalactite bullshit. It is easily the most broken move in the game. Petshop can be blocking/flying/turtling/whate­ver, and have stalactites ready to fall all over the entire screen. You basically can't safely attack him, EVER, without risking eating a half life combo. And if you defend, he sets up unblockables. It's a lose/lose situation. That's very broad but that's the basic reason he's banned. You're damned if you attack and damned if you defend.
