Voce Ja Foi a Bahia - Dorival Caymmi - Samba

A Dorival Caymmi classic from 1944. The song asks, "Have you ever been to Bahia? No, then you should go." It goes on to talk about some of the reasons many of which are food and the history. Sadly enough I have never been to Bahia but I will one day. As long as I still have family in Rio its hard to visit anywhere else.

Hope you like the song. I didn't spend too much time on it - recorded it on my first try. I was more interested in testing my new camera. If you guys don't like i can re-record it later. I am not sure i like all the breaks i put in it. Anyway, here it is.

This is my new Flip video cam Ultra HD. Hoping for some good quality videos moving forward. And I am also playing my new (new to me) Eduardo Ferrer 1973 Brazilian Rosewood guitar. It plays really nicely. Brighter than my other Brazilian Rosewood (Ricardo Sanchis - also old spanish guitar) with the same volume.
