how could you say that we have fallen victim to the "christian" idea of thinking Allah is a moon god?! we don't think Allah is a false god...we don't think the Quran is false. what we think is false is your religion...the one that your fathers called "Islam." islam is not a magic word that makes your religion correct no matter how much it does not actually follow the Quran...

Furthermore it's not compulsory to place crescent moon on top of the mosque. Many mosques didnt use it. Many mosques were built even without dome. And in China mosques do look like a pagoda. We dont worship mosque or crescent moon? We worship Allah.

If muslim use octagonal shape to their mosque it does not mean it represent Islam or a symbol of Allah. It just the creativity of human beings. And ALLAH didnt forbid creativity for as long we dont worship it. Got it.

First of all Islam can't be symbolize. There is no symbol that can represent Islam including crescent moon. Just because Islamic ruler used crescent moon it does not mean it represent Islam. And crescent moon does not always means a pagan goddess symbol. It can be anything. Muslim used it to represent a lunar year (islamic calendar).

Beware the false accusation by christian missionaries that Allah is a moongod just because muslim used crescent moon on top of thier mosque and on their flag. I saw that you have fell prey to that.

yes the origin of the Black Cube and the use of word "Amen" and "Ameen" both have at least questionable origins. however, nothing is without purpose. all three things, the crescent moon, they use of "Ameen" and the black cube have NOTHING to do with the Quran....so where did they come from?

that is the question.

enough information on those things can be found to cause alarm...since such things are not from the Quran...and they had to come from somewhere.

All three. Nowhere in the Quran does the Crescent Moon/Star, the Black Cube (Kaaba) or "Ameen" figured in our worship to Allah.

The Crescent Moon/Star was first identified as an Islamic emblem in the 19th century. The symbol predates Islam by several thousand years. Sources agreed the symbol were used to represent the Carthaginian goddess Tanit or Greek goddess Diana.
