@blackmetalblunt When an artist/duo/group is commissioned/asked to do a remix they are given the stems of whatever track the original artist/band wants done. Sometimes there will be parameters (e.g we want a hip hop/ambient/etc version) as a bonus track.

Then the artist/duo/group goes to work on the given remix and hands it back to artist/band the result. There is always usually a decent amount of dialogue regarding progress/opinions on the given remix so yea. Thats it.
