  • She's the funniest.... ever. She once said " I picked up my son at school and I asked him what did they learn today? He said we learned about the holiday called Passout...Paula said " Oh yeah?.... Mommy use to celebrate Passout"

    FUNNY

  • OMG, so funny! Your car looks like mine! I think I have a couple of teeth in my car too ... lol ... my daughter firmly believes that there's no harm in being an idiot, either ... lol ....

  • Paula, I have just recently (yesterday) discovered you make videos here on YouTube - and youre now officially one of my favorite things to watch! Your realism and little 'peeks' into every day are fantastic. I'm 25 and have been watching you on TV since I can remember.. and I'm such a big fan. Thanks for making the vids and please PLEASE keep em coming!

  • I was semi not paying attention cuz I was so fixated on the fact that your van is just as gross as my sisters, who has four kids. Trust me it was better this way, cuz when I heard, "sometimes I just don't feel essential" it was quite a surprise and made me laugh exceptionally hard.

  • "My son's tooth is here - I love that boy - every little part of him." Hilarious! (& true as only a parent can know.) Great videos, reminiscent of the "shorts" Robert Bencley used to present (though why he like to prsent his shorts is still a bit baffling.) Keep up the good work, Paula.

  • My favorite Paula Poundstone quote: "I'm a devout atheist."

  • brilliant woman :)

  • You are essential. You're essentially the reason the car will be clean again, eventually.

  • these are great ^_^ I was there for your first win on Wait Wait Don't Tell Me, and it is always a delight to hear you on the panel. I'd pick your read-aloud stories if I were a caller, just to give you the point! heh
