To everyone who reads this, REMEMBER ALWAYS that the words in Chapter III are of double meaning! The title itself implies two things: Brothers are the most likely to battle each other, OR - fight alongside each other as allies. Quite different, but expressed with the same words. Let not Thelema fall into fundamentalism. Such would be a disaster for a fledgeling religion/philosophy.

Lucifer is just a addition to the primary forces of fire/ more like a icon of doctrine
which is now visible in most of the average human way of thinking
