@bunchacows It wasn't the access road it was the guy who slowed in front of him for some strange reason and then pulled down in front of him which was even crazier.

He was probably one of the hardest-luck drivers ever... He won some races and was second in the Indy 500 twice, but had a bad wreck and head injury in a test session in late 1987 and seemed to have bad luck from then on...
