This feature segment on Pierre Brault's 5 O'Clock Bells aired on CBC-TV's "The National" on Friday, April 4, 2008. The play is directed by Brian Quirt and co-produced by Sleeping Dog Theatre and the Great Canadian Theatre Company, April 1-20, 2008 in Ottawa.

Gets really tiring to hear the nationalism about whether Lenny was American or Canadian-although he was born American he can reasonably be called a Canadian guitarist since he did most of his development there, but he was certainly a man of both worlds, ala Chet Atkins etc., but the only important thing is his playing
