This is my Track highlights for the 2009 season. It was a great season for me with new PR's but didn't do so well in State. I DQ on the two events that i was suppose to win. but i did take 3rd in the 200m and 4th in the 100m. i know I'm not the fastest guy around but i did this video cuz i love track and i love editing video. Made with an Imac and Imovie.

on your 100m dash you come up to quick keep youir self bent over a little longer to reach your max speed. my 1oom dash pr is 10.8 and im white lol so...just a little tip

wow you got a 15.7 in 110 hurdles? thats what i got for state in the 100m hurdles, yet my pr is 15.3. GREAT JOB DUDE!

Man... if you work on your drive faze a bit more it could improve your time by a lot .

that dq in the 300 m hurdles was pretty harsh. you did move a little, but there was no gain in advantage when you were getting set. you didnt even move out of the blocks...
