The gas will not mix with the water and will stay on top of the water. I've been running the vaporizer for a few days on about a half cup of gas. The water level has stayed the same.
Where will you be mounting the microwave:)

I wanted to try hooking up a Eureka Hot Shot steam cleaner to the intake but haven't tried it. It shoots a fine pressurized stream of steam. Hope someone tries it and reports about it. Keep up the work you're doing!

Everything on the car is still stock, mechanical fuel injection,..except for an EFIE controller i built to ad voltage to the 02 sensor which i use with or without hho. Not using hho now but after my tests with vaporizer.

There is plenty of room under the hood in a VW TDI, so I though of mounting the microwave beside the battery ;)
So you actually get more of mileage with adding a small amount of gas vapour?
I think I have a sweet spot with my humidifier around 20% water to 100% diesel. I will drive about 100km with this adjustment and then try the same setting with microvawe-boiled water.

What are your thoughts behing having both water and gas in the vaporizer?
I have found the limit with my vaporizer now, I have felt loosing power with adjusting too much water. So I might be able to find a sweet spot soon. I will then try with microwaved water too.

I'm using a simple bubbler with gas and water in it. I have it fed to the intake and it works great. My car went from 44mpg to 46mpg highway with it. Vacuum is from intake just before throttle body. Working on a better one.

So you haven't shut off the ordinary gas feed to the carb then? You are feeding the engine with extra gas and water vapour? Have you tried with only watervapour?
I am testing out a humidifier-system in my intaketube, between the MAF and the turbo. It is a sock..! inside the tube with the toe cut off to not limit the airflow too much.
I have a small tube just above the sock, dripping water on it just inside the tube. I have a needlevalve to control the amount of water to the system.

I have an increase with that too, but not as much, yet, as the HHO Steamer Cell. But I am beginning at a low dripping rate and moving up. Fill up by fill up.

I am using a float valve and seat from a small engine carb. I just made a bracket for the float so it shuts the valve when the level is reached in the bubbler.
