King Piccolo Kills Shenron

After fighting and defeating Goku, King Piccolo manages to obtain all 7 Dragon Balls and proceeds to make his wish. However, Master Roshi and Tien came to stop him before he could summon the Shenron. After it seemed as though Roshi would be able to trap Piccolo via the Evil Containment Wave, Piccolo breaks free and Master Roshi dies due to using all his energy. Before using the wave, Master Roshi knocks out Tien and leaves him away from the battle in hopes of stopping Piccolo in case he failed. Chaiotzu attempts to foil Piccolo's wish but is ultimately killed by the Demon King as well. I DO NOT OWN DRAGONBALL, DRAGONBALL Z, OR DRAGONBALL GT. All rights go to Toei Animation, Funimation, and Akira Toriyama. Also remember that the Japanese dialogue may be different than the English dialogue.

@kingelf3 You get three wishes with the Namekian dragon named Porunga but with the dragon shown here, Shenron, you only get one wish until Dende remodeled him in the Buu Saga to get two wishes out of him.

@kingelf3 There are two sets Dragon Balls, each set has seven in them. The Earth Dragon Balls has Shenron come out, while the Namekian Dragon Balls has Porunga come out. Shenron only gives 2 wishes, while Porunga gives 3 wishes. Each dragon has their strengths and limits to what they can grant but that's a different story. I also would highly recommend DragonBallWiki, it helps a lot for accessing info or simply for refreshing memory. It helps me a lot. :)

...Upon retrospect, this wasn't a very bright move. If Kami dies, from old age or other methods, Piccolo dies too, regardless of youth. In a way, Piccolo squandered his wish.
