By far the greatest live band ever. They took the live act to a level beyond the beyond. Many were influenced, and many came up short. The template for stage presence, creating a chemistry, that tied the 4 together. A model of consistancy, unduplicated. to this day. Long live Rock,Long live the WHO!!!

@guillermowho ... He can, he said he chose not to because everybody else was doing it, and hendrix did it better.

Hard genuin rock. Entwistle R.I.P.

The Who could blow Metallica off the stage.
The hardest rocking band of all time.
Truely amazing.
Greatest band of all time.

@metaldemon213 yes I always notice how long Pete and Keith spend close together looking at each other spurring each other on. Its as if Pete wants to plug into the essence of rock music which was embodied in the anarchic genius behind the drumkit. At this stage they were simply majestic. Unarguably the greatest ever live rock band.

for those who say that pete can't be lead guitar ! (para los que dicen que pete no es buen guitarrista principal, la tienen adentro ! jajaja)

My only gripe is that the editor of this and the other Tanglewood videos spends way to much time on Daltry. Hey I lover Roger, but they always stay on him when Pete is doing a solo, or cut back to Rog just as Pete starts a solo. I find that most live music video directors don't know the music they're filming.

@Parkyurkarkas Yeah i know what you mean. The thing about this video was that it was edited and directed WHILE the performance was happening by some guy in a booth who works for tanglewood (at least that's what I think...). I don't think that they saved all the camera angles to tape, they just had them all filming and going to a booth and then the guy there switched the angles "LIVE".
