I'm an old fart of 39. The early 80's scooter runs were the best years of my life. I wish i had a Vespa now, but at my age I'd only look like some old bastard who's too cheap to buy a car!
Jokers SC rule!

Go go power rangers. Lets all go for a 5 mile rideout and overtake some cars on a bend. Great fun. Long live the scooter boys. !!!Keep the faith!!!

biker greebos should stick to fantasizing over drag strip clips!!!

Id rather ride a hairdrier all over the country than dress up as a Power Ranger on a Sunday afternoon for a 5 mile rideout on a plastic bullet!

39! im 42 and still living it, the only difference is in the 80's you took a sleeping bag, 20 B&H and a £20 note, now its Thermal underwear, Deep heat,3 pairs of jeans selection of shirts, 7 changes of undies & socks, waterproofs, indegestion tablets, Cod liver oil, booking details of B&B,and some CO-OP tea bags!

Tongue in cheek comments are nothing compared to when the Power Rangers think its hilarious to buzz Scooters each side at high speed, coming back from Isle of Wight last year two Pr**ks buzzed me, each side at the same time they must have been doing 100+ and dangerously close, and it always seem to be on Sunday afternoons. I put it down to the 35+ mid life crisis bloke who hasnt had a bike for years, buys one, and think its 1982 again. Respect to real bikers who realise we are all on two wheels!
