That looks like a Great, Solid, Well built case. I don't know about the Green fans but it would be cheap to replace them anyways.

both is useful , but exhaust is more important , since ur cpu cooler is already using the room temperature air , but with intake fan , you get much more cooler air into the case and exhaust out all the hot air

SilverStone makes kick ass cases best ive seen but damn expensive, but quality.
