During this 1st round, 20 of the all-time, most popular channels are up for approval. To be the FIRST to get into the YOUTUBE Hall of FAME a.k.a. the Utubia Pantheon.

Anybody may state their opinion on any of these potential inductees. Stand for or against their induction into our new community Hall of Fame.

There must be at least 30 approval votes from the Pantheon Committee in order to induct a popular channel into the Pantheon.

Committee members selected by the President to represent the diversity of opinion in Youtubia at large. There must be 50-60 members on this team.

1st induction is scheduled for March20.. The plan is to induct one new channel to the Pantheon every day thereafter.

*Voting by the Committee members will take place here, starting now! I know I said there was going to be another video, but I don't have time. The 1st round will be consolidated herein. Makes sense.

If a channel does not get 30 approvals, they will be included in the successive 3 rounds for more chances to gain votes. After which they'll be listed as having failed to be inducted.

After the stats are published there will be an Induction video to commemorate the Hall of Fame.

Which may or may not have acceptance speeches attached.

Then THE VIDEO will be unveiled which "is" THE PANTHEON of UTUBIA itself.

The first round of voting is now officially closed. Thank you to everybody who participates. A video of the results will be posted with the stats and all those who were on this initial Pantheon Committee.

In order to be reinstated to the P.C. you must follow the instructions in that video. More people will be added to bring the total to 60 members.
