A lot of Australia's wildlife is unique to the continent. This was from a day trip to Philip island, the weekend before our final exams :
Close up of a Cassowary, some Kangaroos, a super cute Wombat, and a bellowing Koala bear and the sounds of Penguins. More about the cassowary : http://www.vincelewis.net/cassowary.html

Later we were surrounded by Emus and it was like that scene from Jurassic Park when the raptors were closing in on them from all 4 sides. Emus look just as pissed off as Cassowaries and they get unnecessarily hostile $#@!$.
More wildlife videos from Phillip Island...(talking Cockatoos, world's biggest ant, and 'visible penguins'...coming soon..
