Homemade Sugar Scrub and Salt Scrub

In this video I show you two ways that I make homemade scrubs. One is a sugar/coffee scrub and the other is a salt scrub. With ingredients found in your pantry, you can make luxurious products that your skin will love!

I am definitely going to make my own now that I see how easy it is. I buy my Coconut Oil from Tropical Traditions. I will check and see if they sell shea butter with them also. I will give these as gifts catered to the recipients likes.

@ItsMeFawn What's Tropical Traditions? I use five different vendors for all my various oils but I haven't found a good vendor for my coconut oil yet. It's usually the most expensive. :(

nice vid and they look so beautiful in the jars however, since they are salt and sugar scrubs, what exactly do they do to your skin and how do you go about using/applying them to the body.

@coldestwoman I've attached a post in the description box that gives details. The most basic function of a scrub is to remove the top layer of dead skin cells off your body. A lot of scrubs also contain aromatherapy oil blends that serve different functions. Some scrubs will also moisturize your skin. To apply, take a handful and rub all over your body. Apply more as needed. Then rinse off.
