I suppose it depends on where Pluto and even Mars (to some degree) positions itself natally? Where abouts is yours?
Having Scorpio rising myself and Pluto in the 12th, I've translated this to my pre-unrecognised dominant and obsessive qualities that I would never have considered as my own, only noticed daily in others. Unbeknown to me, that by noticing these traits so regularly, it is/has been,essentially a core focus
