High resolution episcopic microscopy - Wellcome Image Awards 2009 (HD)

High-resolution episcopic microscopy (HREM) is a relatively new technique which allows incredibly detailed 3D images of tiny structures such as mouse embryos to be imaged in a way that was previously impossible.
