@katiush65 What an idiot. He could have set you off on a handicap so everyone would have equal recovery. You know what in coaching I've never had a problem with athletes, but other coaches. The more confident they are to me it seems the less they know! When I was training to coach, it was summer & the track was in the middle of a park. Where did he do the warm up. Along the North Circular one of the busiest roads in London! I hope you are back running and did not get put off

honestly cross country is the best sport ever! its really for everyone! i run myself and i slack but besides the point its the most fun i had in high school!

I know some of these courses being from maine, my team may be meh, but we love each other haha. The second clip, that course is amazing, but stinky.

@buzzcutrocks I came in last almost every time my freshman year, buck up haha, I never finish last anymore, and I've improved my average time almost 7 minutes, I'm a junior.
