To achieve Stellar Status Earth People must eliminate - first Fuel, and then heavy Batteries from their Earth Transport systems. Also Nuclear power generation.
Always remember - to the Alien Species we can SEE and CONTACT face to face:
THEY are the "Humans"; while WE are the mere "Humanoids"!
Developments have revealed:
1) Solar Rays can sustain light transport - but not at high speeds, heavy loads, or at all times.
2) Air Turbines w/Levitation bearings can generate needed current for small cars to high speeds;
but at only roughly 1/2 of the needed input.
3) Monopole Electronic motor/generators can maintain high outputs but lack torque for start-up action. (must be left on at all times without outside assistance.)
4) Bi-Pole electronic motor/generation can be expedited by:
a) "Soft" Ferrite cores which can alternate polarity rapidly without magnetic domain residues.
b) Opto-Coupled Isolators can alternate counter-wound polarity (changing Hertz) with small Input/Large Output. Hall Effect Sensors signal pulses suplemented by dialed augmentation to increase speed and output reservoir storage.
These steps allow Urban Transport to consist of small signal batteries with compact (less than 10 lbs) 24v Metal Hydride or Li-ion units; needing no outside charging as they recharge themselves while on the road. (And not only downhill or while braking.)
Our Alien Visitors have requested these energy production changes for our happiness, prosperity, and continued growth. But it is not really a "Request" - it is a COMMAND! And already they are proving quite tough in inacting these real needed changes.
Postscript: In 1999 the "energy council" - all FUELISTS; had a meeting whose report claimed that no technology existed on Earth that could replace Fuel Transport! Either they were ignorant, or lying! They feared the possibility - more the INEVITABILITY of their Fuel road to riches and power being gone. Now they even plan to resist Alien tech introductions - going so far as to equipt sub-orbital drones with energy beam weapons! The Aliens have been through all that. Their scouts being shot down and killed when on peaceful exchange missions.
So this time they will not be "fooling around" with the Fuelist hoodwinked armies, jeters, and floaters!
Postscript2: As Earth descends into a technological Class - even Caste - system; when asked "are you a Christian (Muslim, Buddist, etc.)?" , one should reply firmly "I am a Human-Alien Hybrid!" This will stop the Fuelists from sowing strife and forcing the aquisition, of more explosives, Fuel vehicles of all kinds,
and Nuclear Bombs and power stations!
Thus speeding the coming quantum interdimensional world into coordinated recognition! No valued ideas or practices of past religions will be invalidated by such an event - only their true nature revealed.
Postscript 3: A visible Quantum Effect experiment by Aaron O'Connell is now on TED.com. It is becoming clear that we could neither percieve nor think without this Interdimensional Quantum effect. In short, we are Interdimensional beings! Our primary reality is the entergetic, interpenetrating, multi place and time universe. Our secondary, dependant reality is the one of animal perceptions, and verbal thought, we learn from birth. The electronic analogs to biological energy exchanges, announces the shift into primary reality experience. That is why Fuel-Free Electronic transport is so important. Long after the tick/tock of mechanical time-keeping has departed, fuel explosions still occur in cars! It is the main "hang-over" of animal sensability - the appearance of a dependant reality of material "things". Ipads, Flying Suacers, and indimensional light appearances - now seen as an entergetic side effect of certain technologies are quite a different; one might say Fearless and Free - reality.
Postscript 4: Not only are we all interdimensional Beings - but all of what has been called "matter" is also! And these are just sub-catagories which don't include non-matter energy waves of many types. The "degree" of interdimensionality is clearly a function of energy magnitude and organization. This has led already to "secret tables" in addition to the "periodic scale" - such as "islands of stability" in atomic structure, and penetration functions in relation to Gamma and other waves. While our "animal reality" seems based upon a REDUCTION to three dimensions, in reality this is only an abstract fictional rationalization; a "rounding off" to "gravitational end agreement"; after forgeting and eliminating all higher dimensional phenomenon entailed in procuring the "data"!

The new "Nixie" car design (FS10b) has about 1/3rd the wind resistance compared to a typical ICE. Try avoiding '70's thinking ("natural" energy to battery storage) and '90's thinking (more efficientcy via small & tiny, sub-catagory "Overunity"; "Free Energy" [as a non-imperative]). Powerful magnetic "engines" driving real-time generation is the 2012 ticket into natural-heaven space/time?

@aeromartial The Air Flow YES - You got it: wasted for no good reason! But BATTERIES have to GO! Found out MORE energy is stored in the mag-fields of your electronic devices than in any battteries that power them! (chokes etc). But it is only "temporary" they say - "temporary" is exactly what you need if power goes right to wheels! Just tested successfully my first working Dolce Ferrite-core driver coil spinning motor. Look up the various "Muller Motor" variations - will give you ideas!

I had similar ideas about wind power on transportation systems. You would use solar panels in combination with a wind generation system along with batteries. All that air that passes your car is energy you're not using that could be harvested especially when the vehicle is in motion.

News! Just solved Alternating output problem! (Been hanging up a bunch of us for past few months?)TWO Optocouplers driven STRAIGHT out of Latched H.E.
ONE non-invert / ONE inverted. Both (& latched) contain Schottky Barriors to eliminate "noise". (look for "narrow-band" in specs). The Opto-Trans. don't KNOW where the light is coming from - shades of Don Juan's Casteneda teachings? They just do their thing (Hello power circuit!) This eliminates old Bedini crap from Muller circuit & wave overlap.
