There are 5 chord shapes in the picking part and the 3rd and 4th fingers stay on the 4th frets of the 3rd and 4th string for the first 4 of the 5 chords.

1 - Bm
2 - Bm with with the first string open
3 - 3rd and 4th fingers remain as in Bm but put your 1st fngr on 2nd fret 2nd string
4 - release your 1st finger and play 2nd string open with the same 3rd & 4th fingers (on 4th frets of 3rd & 4th strings as in the Bm)
5 - 2nd fret-4th string, 2nd fret-3rd string, 2nd string open.
end on a G# note ( 1st fret -3rd string

  • @alexanderarduini

thanks for the kind words alexander

  • Hi, could you please explain the part at 1:43? Thanks

  • @seclet86 didn't explain that too thoroughly first time through. strum 3 strings while lightly muting them. I strum 4th string at 7th fret, 3rd string at 7th fret and 2nd string at 5th fret (E note). The E note is the only one that really rings out, the other 2 strings are dampened (muted) by not quite fretting them all the way down.

You could just strum them too and it would sound fine.

  • very well done tutorial..good teacher ..smart presentation...cheers..

hey sorry I don't remember the settings unless you can find them in the comments here. I played it on Guitarport. No distortion. some reverb, little chorus. Definitely a good song for a strat. this is how we end up with multi guitars :-)
