Other information that has become known, is that the rights of the majority of Tatsunoko characters in the United States, expired or never existed.

capcom is still working on it, they have different options about the rights of tatsunoko chars. and according to seth killian, administrator of capcom comunnity, it depends of marvel now, ... i don´t understand this, but capcom needs to bring this game to america & latin america now because nintendo "has not invited for the street fighter 4 party and the resident evil 5 party"

I think atsunoko is a production group that created anime, like G-force. but I'm not sure if that is a name of a person or company
