Thanks for the great instructions.

This was great, thank you. It'd been a long time since I stripped out M16's in the Army, so when I just bought my S&W MP15 this was s great refresher for me.

@O7ROADKING Hi and thanks. Yes, it is harder than it should be to buy American made products. I try, but obviously its getting more difficult to do. The economy does not help, but when my wallet allows, I prefer to spend the extra cash to buy American.

@chanderson1 more Americans should think like you as far as buying American. i also try to buy as much as i can made here.not an easy task sometimes. anyway Great video Thanks for posting

is this bolt carrier mill spec? i like your video also, very helpfull for what i was needing to know...

@WoWoWeeMo Hi, you can get it directly from Young Manufacturing. They make some of the best bolt carrier groups out there.
that is a super clean bolt already my man....a theatre of war??? We are lucky if our bolts aren't covered with sand, and that's with frequent cleaning....Yes the AR platform needs to be maintained more than others, but it's taken to a surgical extreme sometimes, not necessary!

@igotjuice007 Hi, yes it is a clean bolt but I used it as excuse to make a video about the dis-assembly of it for a friend here on YouTube. Typically I have run this bolt with well over 4000+ rounds through it before cleaning. It still wipes off just as quickly and easily with this chrome finish.

I keep bending/breaking my firing pin retaining pin when i try to reassemble. Any tips/tricks to get a more smooth or easy installation?

@mac0293 hi, I sometimes have problems with it sticking when I try to reinstall it. I twist it as I insert the pin and that sometimes helps. I've heard of people simply putting some chapstick on the pin itself to help lube it a little, but I've never tried it before.
