@silentpimpsmak and that only leaves....
THE MAGICAL SKY DADDY DID IT!!!

Brilliant! I was thinking of the same analogy, good to see someone actually make a video about it.

There are NO transitional colors... God made colors exactly the way they are... Colors were not made to intermingle. That is unholy. LOL

@SadChristian How do you get from questioning fossils (without real reason to), to religion? What does one have to do with the other?
-
@silentpimpsmak Do explain how. Making the claim and declaring victory is not enough. How is abiogenesis proven wrong and how does abiogenesis being proven wrong stop evolution?
-
Great analogy and visual. This is a really clever way of explaining transitional forms.

@silentpimpsmak Evolution does not rely on abiogenesis. Even if it were proven that some type of god DID make the first cell, that would have no impact on Evolution as both a fact and a theory.
It's the variations that you don't realize are there that actually have the most impact. They aren't removed by natural selection as they aren't detrimental to fitness, yet are cumulative.
And each scientific hypothesis of abiogenesis is based on observed scientific facts.

i wish people would stop trying to refer to variations in species as actual evolution. For one you would never know those variations were already in that species gene pool. Another i want to know when a species changes into a different kind of species. Just go right back to the fact abiogenesis is basically proven false and impossible and it stops evolution dead in its tracks.

allah is great ,allah is powerful ,he'll kill you with fire infidel .
Meh, fossils still aren't an experiment. They're just evidence to infer what happened in the past - a retrospective study. In other words, unless you have an experiment, it's still just an explanation to fit what you see. (Religion anyone?)
Peace!

Not quite. You can use data gathered from, previous findings in order to make predictions about fossils in the future.
example:
"if I dig in ("virgin") location X, I will find fossils Y, and I won't find fossil Z"
You can falsify evolution by finding fossil rabbits in Precambrian rock.
