The Mariner's Revenge Song Animated Comics

Animated Comics based on The Decemberists' "Mariner's Revenge Song". Designed, directed, produced, illustrated and animated by Artur Janz. Written and sung by The Decemberists.

This comic were developed as a project to the Comics Workshop discipline in the UFPR's (Universidade Federal Do Paraná) Graphics Design Graduation, under Rafael Dubiela supervision.

Really nice, I think you should've added drawings of what he did to him in the song at the end... you can even make it up... FIN just kills the momentum. Good work, though.

@medithiful Well, first of all, I'd like to thank everyone who's watching and commenting my video. I'm really glad about it, since I've never thought that this video will reach this point.

Now, about the end of the video, Medithful: I think the same. This kind of empty end can give people a breath, a time for recover, but my original idea wasn't to leave it this open.

@medithiful When I've made the script and storyboard, I've included this final minute, but since I was dealing with deadlines it was impossible (I've made the whole work in two weeks). I planned, and even started to make, an vector-animated kind-of-Victorian puppet-fight, showing the "hero" killing the rake. I was thinking in the last months to finish this and publish as a new video (either 9 or 1 minute).
