even in clan war, a sk cant stun when rylai has bkb...
maybe they thought they could take me out soon enough...

anybody otice that something isnt right look how many novas are near rylai and how few are in he left part of ther screen i tihnk u get lucky wit these random novas kind for me i dont have luck and usualy only one nova hit the enemy

the novas hit enemies randomly but the closest they are, the more likely they are to be hit

hm....your oponents were noobs...totaly noobs xD...and shure low-lv too...this freezing field (or how its called...i dont remember, becase i dont play Rylai...) never make that huge dmg....

it does random damage and closer you are the most you get hit. It was vs AI but they were not low level...
