@Tripicality You are missing the point. Adding an 's' is a typical - almost stereotypical, and thus, comic - error made by many Russians when learning English. Aleksandr Orlov (the meercat) has been deliberately created as a caricature Russian, with this aspect being exagerated. Look closely at the dialogue - it always features words that highlight the nusances of the Russian accent or has words that end in 's'. 'simples'!! :)

@lgkga I'm guessing English isn't your first language or you have a very strict concept of grammar; putting the 's' at the end just makes it sound silly, especially with the Russian accent, it's not very sophisticated humour but it works :)
