  • @Rayzlin Derek is a great guy, he has to wear prescription lenses due to an eye disease that he has that makes him very sensitive to light.

  • excellent stuff

  • @thaditinitini glad you're enjoying the tutorial, peace!

  • What's awesome with those squats is that the legs does not go past the toes which makes the knees safer when you go down lower.

  • That looks much easier on the knees. I have trouble sitting down deep in the squats and keeping my balance so my form suffers and my knees are getting too much stress.

  • Glad he explained that this is good to supplement you regular training with weights ect. I see so many trainers who do not expose their clients to basic weight training. This device is great to hook up yo a door in a hotel room when you travel.

  • @chinaboxer Gee I feel like an ass for my comment on another vid lol

  • There is another kind of squat you can do for a very similar effect called the sissy squat. You grab onto a pole or piece of equipment in the gym. Then you squat while keeping your body straight from your knees up. I've found that not only does this work the legs really hard, but it's good for Wing Chun for training your pelvic tilt. But I really like the one leg squats he was doing here as well as the stuff on the bosu ball. Good stuff.

  • @darkairaxandrew Pistol squats are excellent for lower body training, and can be done easly from anywhere :D watch?v=MLBAbqEZIeU

  • @chinaboxer o i added u after my friend found your profile we did as a joke cuz we didnt think u would accept LOL
