Chinese are not militarists. We know that military force, although necessary to protect against invaders, is never a solution. It is but a last resort when diplomacy fails.

I can tell you that the guys playing the "enemies" of those spec ops (the "good guys") are dressing in US Marine style uniforms and holding AR15 style weapons. If you watch carefully you'll find that the "blue force" guys were NOT in Chi-commie style uniforms.

@USAFBuster those r not marines, they r special force. the weapons r type 95 assult rifles, a bullpup design, not really similar to AR 15 and it uses different calibre ammo

What I love about this TV series is that you don't need a lot of violence, gunfire, and explosions to really capture the viewer's attention. It's really cool to see how the soldier's interact with one another and their character development.
