I know this is not my place, but 95k barrels a day is nothing. The country of Libya(Owners of largest oil fields in africa) Puts out up to 1Million Barrels a day. ;-) Im not Liberian though. I dont understand why its so complicated To just FIX this? Can someone explain please?

wait, the maximum claim reward is $5,000?! commercial fisherman make much more than that, and I'm sure the the fishermen have expenses that exceed 5 grand. major lawsuit's are bound to occur unless they already did, hopefully this is the cause of the major stock loss BP suffered.

I go offshore fishing when im down in FL, was born in Daytona Beach, and I can tell you, if all a fisherman can claim is $5,000, well that's a slap in the face. An offshore boat with two 250 hp engines costs anywhere from $600-800 to fill up FOR ONE DAY of fishing. Commercial boats exceed that, I'm sure. As for BP, Guess what? Go to CNN.com to look up on all the progress they've made. They should sing along with "one step foward and two steps back."
