In April 2009, indigenous leaders and activists from all over the world gathered in Anchorage, Alaska to discuss global climate change and how it is affecting indigenous communities. This film was created by Longhouse Medias Native Lens program, through an inter-generational collaboration. At the center of this story is Willie Montoya, a Native teen from the Swinomish Reservation, who attended the Indigenous People's Summit on Global Climate Change to document the gathering, interview Summit participants, and bring information back to his community.
