  • john rolfe fangirl!

john smith was kinda of a jerk, honestly. i always thought rolfe was such a sweetheart. (:

  • I love John Rolfe too! ^_^ Thats why I ended it with him. Heehee.

  • the second movie didn't happen. didn't happen, didn't happen, didn't happen, didn't happen, didn't happen, didn't happen, didn't happen, didn't happen, didn't happen, didn't happen, didn't happen, didn't happen, didn't happen, didn't happen, didn't happen, didn't happen lalalalalalalaalalalalalala

  • This is exactly how I look at the whole John Rolfe vs. John Smith thing. John Smith was her unforgettable first love, but like most first loves it didn't last forever. Pocahontas eventually learned to move on (as seen in her pretty song) and fell in love with John Rolfe.

  • @ambyleeful Yes, Quasi rescued her, showed her the catedral and she loved him somehow, could understand him. What has Phoebus done? Nothing. Of course he rescued random children from being burnt, but he has done nothing straight to Esme. There should be a crossover.

  • @euphemiarules9 Yes, that's right, Rolfe wanted to make peace and Smith didn't see her at the beginning, thought it was a random savage. Smith was more like natural, but cared only about sailing, Rolfe was too strict, so you're right.

  • @Gamaineable Agreed. Rolfe is a total sweetheart. I loved Smith cuz he's kinda bad-ass. But I always love the gentlemanly guys better.(:

  • @IzayoiArwena What are you talking about? I agree with Quasi and Esmeralda. Because of their failure to get together, they made the totally awful cheapquel..-.- But Rolfe was way more polite than Smith. Smith called her a savage and tried to shoot her, whereas Rolfe wanted to make peace, opened doors for her, and was a total gentleman.

  • @1mwyz I disagree. In the second movie, John Rolfe understood that Pocahontas would rather die than betray her people. Smith didn't understand and tried to talk her out of saving her people. And Rolfe didn't force her to go to Europe and learn new customs. She chose to because she wanted to help her people. Rolfe actually didn't want to change her but she insisted if it meant getting on the King's good side. And Smith cared more about his own dreams more than hers.

  • @IzayoiArwena i agree i wish Esmeralda ended up with Quasimodo as well. It made me mad the first time I watched it and every time after that lol.

  • Well, in my opinion Rolfe is more handsome than Smith, but Smith was politer. I would say the same for Quasi and Esmeralda. Esmeralda should have chosen Quasimodo, because he truly loved her, would do everything for her and her song "God help the outcasts" was dedicated for Quasimodo. And he would make a good father, Phoebus was a bad bitch, too rapid and too strict, while Quasi was a father-friend.

  • @4341449 keep on beliveing that and we will get along just fine

  • i like ur vid...

    Pocahontas&John Rolfe 4rever!!!

  • Honestly, I just think that John Smith understands Pocahontas a lot better. Rolfe is a nice guy and all, but he brings Pocahontas to Europe, away from her home and everything that makes her who she is. John Smith gets to know everything about her life. That's why it always bothered me that she ended up with Rolfe.
