This was AMAZING I am still speachless. The way you worked it like a practiced routine & you nailed the moves perfectly. You are soo beautiful moving around that pole like an elegant goddess :) Keep up the stunning work :)

Get outta here!! You don't have any formal fitness training?!? You looked extremely organized when you worked out. Like it was a formatted pole fitness routine. That was awesome! Looked kind of miraculous to me. Isn't it amazing the creativity that spews forth when we just surrender. :) How did you become so flexible? Do you do any martial arts?

Nichole, I got my pole in February 2009, so I guess I'd had my pole for about 5 months at the time of this video. I had some experience on someone else's pole when I was younger but that was back in 2001. I was surprised to see how much I could do (and couldn't do) after so many years.

That was incredible! This whole set was awesome!! This is true POLE FITNESS!!!!! This is exactly how I want to format my class for my male class. Where did you learn to do this? Are you a certified fitness instructor? If not you should be! This was marvelous. A really nice change of pace. Very refreshing. Looking forward to seeing more videos soon I hope. Aww, my "Pole Brother". Let me fight back the tears of joy. You're so wonderful to me with your kind comments JC. I've been going to the gym for a week now and I already feel a difference in my strength (though mostly I'm just sore). I don't even know how to go about becoming a fitness instructor. As for the routines, it's just what's in my heart. I try to do it without thinking about it too much. I hope to be able to do some of your super strong moves some day.
