Spend, spend, spend? Where is all this spending taking place? Ky has some of the worst infrastructure I have ever had the displeasure of counting on. Feces headed politicians are so busy building new, and often unneeded, infrastructure we rarely see basic infrastructure maintained.
I appreciate the way Federal mandates on Block grants is highlighted as a primary means by which Feds garner control over State business while also ensuring continued dependence on such grants. We should try Liberty.
