I think that CTV's national Lotto 6/49 TV rights expired in Spring 1990, and CTV opted not to renew. The draws had been seen on TVA in French after that, but are now at either Loto-Quebec's 'Video Zone'(no background music and Flash Player tech), or at the OLG website, with the outdated Windows Media Player codecs needed(Chrome and IE8 work with that, but Firefox and WMP is a pain to use properly).

The only place to get the whole draw, from ball load-in to last number drawn is at the Loto-Quebec 'Video Zone'...draws can be seen if you have Flash Player on your comp, k? ;)

Actually, Newman, I don't really think that can be helped a lot. More people from the Southern part of Ontario contribute the most to the prize pools, and as such, more of the possible number combinations are picked off in Southern Ontario, and Southern Quebec to a lesser extent.
