this poor kid is dead. once you reach this stage of the disease survival chances are 0.

there is only 1 case of survival know to medicine, but another attempts under same conditions lead to unavoidable dead

the good thing is that she is not suffering anymore, however she deserved to live a longer life without the suffering. One person who deserves rabies and this kind of suffering is George W Bush

@foughtwolf - rabies results in paralysis of cranial nerves which controls the oralpharyngeal muscles involved in swallowing. You notice that she is not really afraid of the water, she appears to choke on it when attempting to swallow.
