@AmberRaffile i never started an arguement i was just curious why you said what you said... and just stated about the asains i wasnt saying its the right way or the wrong way ...ive been handling knives for over 10 years i just wanted to see the first sentence..
-
@incogneterpeter it's a common way to hold a knife if you're fabricating fish... please don't argue with me on this and the rant isn't directed toward you nor is it for just you to see but I can't stand it when stupid people come on here and misguide other people into thinking this is cool or even safe knife handling. I can assure you there are a few idiots nd a few well intended people who would want to hone their knife skills. So with that said, I'll speak freely

@AmberRaffile this is a pretty common way oof holding the knife especially in asia and i was just asking why you think why the way he holds his knife is wrong not a rant
-
@incogneterpeter the stupidest thing anyone could do is extend their index finger. you lose stability and accidents are more prone to happen that way. If he held his knife properly and his cuts were consistent it still wouldn't be impressive in the culinary world. Plus he's not even keeping a stead pace going because he's using his forearm and tensing up. All he's doing is thinking he's cutting fast when in reality he's making a big fucking dangerous mess
-
