According to the Pentagon Insp Gen Rpt, Feith cooked the intel.

The Senate PhII Intel Rpt illuminated the suspect and uncorroborated information Bush's people extracted from these folks to support his case.

What case? Read the Downing St Memo. Bush "fixed the intel & facts around the policy".
