Sync the carbs and adjust the valves/cam tensioner. You said it hasn't been run in a while? Then it probably hasn't been serviced in a while. Good luck and keep the shiny side up.
I would keep it unless you get offered a lot of dough. They usually dont pull that much money. And we both know you will miss it. I sold mine last year and I want another.......KEEP IT

Sounds fine to me. You should hear my bike sounds like shit.
I took the engine apart to replace leaky gaskets and now I just get the timing right, sounds terrible.
