This 'old' way of doing a reflection still has its usefulness. I found it to be the solution I needed to have a reflection on pictures that were moving along a path across a gradient background.

you find it in the in the object's inspector, ad then you have to enable "reflections" in the "render" menu

man are you serious? Apple motion have a "reflection" options that made it automatically and with more accuracy :D

@ordignoinfernale This is Motion 3, which did not have the Motion 4 reflection option.
