What a difference! In the Wanderers anime, the first thing that Jinnai tries to do after acquiring control of the Bugrom is bully a poor village into submission. He fails, miserably. In The Magnificent World, Jinnai decides to go and conquer an ENTIRE COUNTRY. He succeeds, masterfully.
T_T I wish that he could have retained his badass tactical genius in later incarnations. I don't know why they felt they had to make him an idiot.
